Since the very beginning we were very pleased with the promptness and efficiency of Lucie’s communication – be it via email, phone or in person. Lucie is a true professional. She knows what she talks about and she provided us with several recommendations to give us a chance to decide. Whenever we came up with some crazy idea (and there were plenty), she would always find a way to make it reality – she never said no to us. She had many ideas herself and tried to make them work within our financial budget, but she never pressured us into anything. If felt as if we were the only ones – what a feeling.

Thanks to Lucie and her colleague Aneta, both my husband and I were absolutely calm on our wedding day. Even my mother-in-law, who originally feared leaving everything up to a wedding agency, was best friends with Lucie by the end of the day.
